Pursuant to section 19 of the Heritage Act 2018, the Heritage Council of Western Australia resolved to revoke previous delegation instruments and delegate its powers and functions under the Act to specified persons or office holders in the Heritage and Property Services Division, Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage. The delegate must refer certain applications to the Council and have regard to the Heritage Council Delegation Framework.
