CO401 CONSERVATION AND LAND MANAGEMENT ACT 1984 CONSERVATION AND LAND MANAGEMENT (CHANGES TO STATE FOREST NO. 65) ORDER 2026 Made by the Governor in Executive Council under section 10A of the Act. 1. Citation This proposal is the Conservation and Land Management (Changes to State Forest No. 65) Order 2026. 2. Terms used In this proposal— Act means the Conservation and Land Management Act 1984; Deposited Plan, followed by a number, means the deposited plan of that number— (a) lodged with Landgate; and (b) certified by an authorised land officer (as defined in the Land Administration Act 1997 section 3(1)); and (c) available— (i) In paper form at Landgate’s head office; and (ii) In electronic form on Landgate’s official website; Landgate mean the Western Australian Land Information Authority established by the Land Information Authority Act 2006 section 5. 3. Proposal to change State Forest No. 65 Under section 10A(1)(a) of the Act, it is proposed that the land identified as Lot 3001 on Deposited Plan 426093 cease to be State forest.
