Hon Matthew Swinbourn, Minister for the Environment; Community Services; Homelessness, acting pursuant to section 18 of the Environmental Protection Act 1986, delegates powers and duties under sections 45C (except 45C(8)), 44(3), and 48D(3) of the Act to the Chair, Deputy Chair, and Member Anthony Sutton of the Authority, and to the Executive Director and Director, Major Project Assessments of the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation. Delegation No. 52 is revoked.
