Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995 and under all other powers enabling it, the council of the City of Fremantle resolved on 16 October 2019 to make the following local law. This local law is the City of Fremantle Library Advisory Committee Repeal Local Law 2019. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of publication in the Government Gazette. The City of Fremantle Library Advisory Committee Local Law published in the Government Gazette on 18 May 2001 and as amended is repealed.
