Declares vessels listed in Schedule 1 to be emergency vessels, with specifications in Schedule 2, and exempts them from notices made under section 66 and 67 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, subject to the conditions in Schedule 3. This instrument revokes the previous instrument NWR-2021-204312 dated 3 March 2021.
