Declares vessels listed in Schedule 1 to be emergency vessels and exempts them from notices made under section 66 and 67 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, subject to conditions in Schedule 3. Schedule 1 vessels include Island Rescue (Cocos (Keeling) Islands) and Paul Kimber (Christmas Island).
