The operation of a vessel in the restricted area is restricted to the operation of a vessel that is specified in a commercial operations licence that authorises the holder to enter and operate in the restricted area; and operated in accordance with that licence. All that portion of Lalang-gaddam Marine Park contained within and bounded by a line commencing onshore generally north-north-east of Horizontal Falls.
