The following persons have been appointed to the designated positions for the Shire of Plantagenet in accordance with the Bush Fires Act 1954. All other appointments are hereby cancelled.

Authorises Mount Barker IGA Supermarket to open outside normal trading hours on December 23, 2020.
Appoints various fire control officers for the Shire of Plantagenet and cancels all other appointments.
Authorises general retail shops in Mount Barker town site to open at times they would otherwise be closed until November 1, 2020.
Adopts the Shire of Plantagenet Cemeteries Local Law 2020, which applies to Mt Barker (West), Mt Barker (East), Kendenup and Rocky Gully Cemeteries.
