These regulations amend the Settlement Agents Regulations 1982. The prescribed examinations for the purposes of Schedule 1 clauses 1(1)(a) and 2(1)(a) to the Act that are required to be passed to qualify for the grant of a licence are the examinations required by a public training provider or a registered training provider to be passed to complete an Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing; or if an application for a licence is made before 1 January 2025 โ a Diploma of Conveyancing.
