Given by the board for the purposes of section 168 of the Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Act 1981. Notice is given that on 9 october 2017, the governor, acting under section 168 of the Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Act 1981 and with the advice and consent of executive council ordered the exemption given to arrium ltd be revoked.
