Given by the board for the purposes of section 168 of the Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Act 1981. Notice is given that on 21 April 2020, the governor, acting under section 168 of the Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Act 1981 (the act) and with the advice and consent of executive council, revoked the exemption granted under section 164 of the act to the employers as part of the bristile pty ltd group exempt employer arrangement listed in the table below.
