Take notice that pursuant to section 10a(6)(b) of the act that the scheme set out below was approved by the attorney general on 25 july 2016 and by order of master sanderson of the supreme court of western australia on 27 july 2017. The terms of the charitable trust established by the will of enid joyce cousins dated 20 january 1994 be varied as follows— by deleting the words “for the use and benefit of irabeena” and substituting the following words— “in or towards the provision of services for intellectually disabled persons.”
