LG402 LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1995 City of Wanneroo BASIS OF RATES I, Laura Hunter, being delegated by the Minister of the Crown to whom the administration of the Local Government Act 1995 is committed by the Governor, and acting pursuant to section 6.28(1) of that Act, hereby, and with effect from 29 June 2026 determined that the method of valuation to be used by the City of Wanneroo as the basis for a rate in respect of the land referred to in the Schedule is to be the gross rental value of the land— Schedule Designated Land UV to GRV All those portions of land being Lots 116 to 120 inclusive, 131 to 137 inclusive, 142 to 155 inclusive and 159 to 172 inclusive on Deposited Plan 431103.
