I, Dr Tony Buti MLA, Attorney General; Minister for Commerce; Tertiary and International Education; Multicultural Interests, pursuant to section 26 of the Professional Standards Act 1997 WA (the Act), authorise the publication of The Australian Property Institute Valuers Limited Professional Standards Scheme (the Scheme) submitted to me by the Professional Standards Council of Victoria. The Scheme is published with this authorisation and commences on 1 September 2026.
