Notice is given to all landowners within the Shire of Harvey that pursuant to Section 33 of the Bush Fires Act 1954, you are required to carry out fire prevention work in accordance with the requirements of this Notice, on or before 30 November 2023. The Shire will be inspecting properties for compliance from 1 December 2023. The penalty for failing to comply with this Notice may result in a fine being issued to the maximum of $5,000.
