Notice to all owners and/or occupiers of land within the City of South Perth. As a measure for preventing the outbreak of a bush fire, all owners and occupiers are required before 1 December 2019 to clear firebreaks or take measures in accordance with this notice and maintain those firebreaks and measures up to and including 30 April 2020. Penalty for non compliance: $5,000.
