These regulations are the misuse of drugs amendment regulations 2019. These regulations come into operation as follows — (a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day. These regulations amend the misuse of drugs regulations 1982. In schedule 3 division 1 delete the row beginning “gamma hydroxybutanoic acid”.
