The council of the Shire of Northam resolved to make the following local law. This local law may be cited as the Shire of Northam Cemeteries Amendment Local Law 2017. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. The Shire of Northam Cemeteries Local Law 2008 is amended. This local law applies to the Northam Cemetery located in the Shire of Northam.
