Racing and Wagering Western Australia made a notice under section 61 of the Racing and Wagering Western Australia Act 2003. This notice is the Racing and Wagering Western Australia (FOB Rules) Notice (No. 1) 2018. Further amendments to the Rules were adopted by resolution of the Board dated 26 February 2018 and are published in the Schedule to this notice for public information, as required by section 61(6)(c) of the Act.
