Creditors and other persons having claims on the estate of the late Ivan John Dawe of 11 Masters Way, Lancelin, Western Australia, deceased, who died on 7 December 2024, are required to send particulars of their claims to the executor Robert James Fowler care of Solomon Hollett Lawyers, po box 840, West Perth wa 6872, by 30 september 2025, after which date the executor may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
