The Shire of Kellerberrin gives notice of its intention to make an application under section 6.74 of the Local Government Act 1995 for the revestment of land as Lot 30 on Deposited Plan 86666. Unless the amount of $506.00 is paid or an objection is lodged to the revestment with the Shire by Friday, 10 November 2023, the Shire will make the application in accordance with section 6.74 of the Local Government Act 1995.
