It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Kellerberrin Local Planning Scheme amendment on 19 August 2022 for the purpose of modifying Table 1, renaming Schedule 1, deleting and replacing paragraphs and definitions in Schedule 1, inserting a definition for ‘Residential aged care facility’, replacing ‘Tourist accommodation’ with ‘Tourist development’, reclassifying Lot 600, amending Special Use provisions, and replacing ‘Single Dwelling’ with ‘Single House’ throughout the Scheme text.
