The estate of Hywel David Evans, late of 171 Weaponess Road, Wembley Downs, Western Australia, deceased, (the deceased). Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 3 September 2019, are required by the personal representative of the deceased, Michael David Evans of 9 Hubert Street, Guildford WA 6055, to send particulars of their claims to him by the 1st day of October 2020, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
