Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 17 march 2020, are required by the executor kerry rodan, c/- mki legal, level 4/[contact details redacted] 6004, to send particulars of their claims to the executor within 30 days of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which the executor then has notice.
