Creditors and other persons having claims to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates in respect of the estate of the Deceased, who died on 1 February 2024, are required by Prof Dr Gerhard Janssen (as Administrator of the Estate) to send particulars of their claims by 21 August 2026, after which date the Administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
