Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 5 december 2016, are required by the executor, stephen john davis care of po box 1194, west perth wa 6872, to send particulars of their claims within one month of today’s date to him, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
