Under the powers conferred by the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Act 2007, the Local Government Act 1995, and all other enabling powers, the Council of the Shire of Coolgardie resolved on 22 February 2022 to make the following local law— this is the Shire of Coolgardie Waste Amendment Local Law 2022. This local law comes into operation 14 days after its publication in the Government Gazette. This local law amends the Shire of Coolgardie Waste Local Law 2020 as published in the Government Gazette on 5 January 2021.
