It is hereby notified for general information that pursuant to the Government Railways Act 1904, the line of the Thornlie-Cockburn Link from a point 12.776 kilometres along the Armadale railway line at Beckenham Junction and proceed in a generally south westerly direction to a point approximately 400 metres north of the intersection of Armadale Road and Kwinana Freeway, Cockburn Central, is declared open for traffic on 8 June 2025. The line of the Thornlie-Cockburn Link has been constructed under the authority of the Railway (METRONET) Act 2018 and section 11 of the Public Works Act 1902.
