Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 11 march 2019, are required by the personal representative to send particulars of their claims to her care of amanda liston legal, unit 2, 12 sutton street, mandurah, in the state of western australia by the 16 september 2019, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard to the claims of which she then has notice.
