I, Kristian Hartley Dawson, Executive Director Resource Tenure Division of the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety under delegation from the Minister for Mines and Petroleum, pursuant to section 28(1) of the Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Resources Act 1967, hereby declare that the following graticular blocks shall not be the subject of a petroleum exploration permit, petroleum drilling reservation, petroleum retention lease, petroleum production licence, petroleum special prospecting authority or petroleum access authority—ALBANY MAPSHEET (SI50) 5596-5600 5668-5672 5740-5744 5813-5815 5885-5887 5957-5959. This reservation shall remain in effect until 22 June 2025 unless revoked at an earlier date.
