Given by the board for the purposes of section 168 of the Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Act 1981 (the act). Notice is given that on 15 june 2021, the governor, acting under section 168 of the act and with the advice and consent of executive council ordered that the exemption given to anz banking group limited under s.164 be revoked.
