Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 29 march 2022, are required by the trustees, murray brian cox and philip john cox, to send particulars of their claims to lewis kitson lawyers within one (1) month of the date of this notice, after which date the trustees may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims which they then have notice.
