Notice is given that on 14 June 2022, the governor, acting under section 168 of the act and with the advice and consent of executive council, ordered that the exemption given to bhp petroleum pty ltd under section 164 be revoked with effect from 1 june 2022. This revocation ensures bhp petroleum pty ltd is no longer part of bhp group ltd’s exempt employer approval.
