Estate of Philip Dickinson, late of 20/40 Lensham Place, Armadale, Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the deceased, who died on 7 July 2018 at 20/40 Lensham Place, Armadale, aforesaid are required by Wendy Jane Thompson and Alison Jan Eades, the Administrators, c/- Ryan & Durey Solicitors of PO Box 913, West Perth, to send particulars of their claims to the Administrators by 9 December 2019, after which date the Administrators may convey or distribute assets having regard only to the claims of which the Administrators then have notice. After such time the Administrators shall not, as respects the property so administered or distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim the Administrators has not had notice at the time of the administration or distribution.
