Estate of Philip Dickinson, late of 20/[contact details redacted] persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the deceased, who died on 7 July 2018 at 20/[contact details redacted] Wendy Jane Thompson and Alison Jan Eades, the Administrators, c/- Ryan & Durey Solicitors of [contact details redacted] 9 December 2019, after which date the Administrators may convey or distribute assets having regard only to the claims of which the Administrators then have notice. After such time the Administrators shall not, as respects the property so administered or distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim the Administrators has not had notice at the time of the administration or distribution.
