David Michael MLA, Minister for Mines and Petroleum, revokes the previous instrument of delegation dated 25 August 2025 and delegates powers and duties under the Petroleum Pipelines Act 1969 and its regulations to specified employees of the Department of Mines, Petroleum and Exploration holding identified positions. The instrument does not prevent the Minister from exercising these powers, and the delegates cannot further delegate them.
