Under the powers conferred on it by the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Act 2007, the Local Government Act 1995 and under all other enabling powers, the Council of the Shire of Harvey resolved on 6th August 2019 to make the following local law. This is the Shire of Harvey Waste Local Law 2019.
