Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by Regulation 48A of the Navigable Waters Regulations 1958, I hereby cancel Notice MA403 as published in the Government Gazette on 22 December 2015 and set aside the following area of water for the purpose of water skiing—Logue Brook Dam: Whilst the official water level is equal to or higher than 226 metres above the Australian Height Datum as published by the Water Corporation of Western Australia—All those waters south-west of a line through [coordinates]...
