Alistair Jones, Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Department responsible for the administration of the Contaminated Sites Act 2003, delegates to the holder of the office of Executive Director, Assurance, of the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation, all powers and duties under Part 4 of the Act, other than this power of delegation. Delegation No. 19 dated 18 December 2019 and published in the Gazette on 24 January 2020 is revoked.
