Order made by the Minister for Commerce under section 12E of the Act regarding retail trading hours in the City of Albany during Christmas 2024. General retail shops, other than motor vehicle shops, in the Albany local government district are authorised to be open at times when those shops would otherwise be required to be closed, on specified days and during specified periods. Shops are required to be closed on Christmas Day, Wednesday 25 December 2024.
