Authorises general retail shops in the metropolitan area to open during otherwise closed hours during the periods specified in the table.

Made by the Minister for Commerce under section 12E of the Act. This order is the Retail Trading Hours (Metropolitan Area) Christmas Variation Order 2019. General retail shops, other than motor vehicle shops, in the metropolitan area are authorised to be open, at times when those shops would otherwise be required to be closed, on the days and during the periods referred to in the Table.
