The appointment of Dr Scott William White as a member to the Perinatal and Infant Mortality Committee under section 340AB(3)(a) of the Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1911 is approved for a term of three years commencing on 1 July 2018. The appointment of Mrs Heather Angela Woods as a member to the Perinatal and Infant Mortality Committee under section 340AB(3)(j) of the Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1911 is approved for a term of three years commencing on 1 July 2018.
