Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died 30/06/2021, are required by the personal representatives steven james brown and jacqueline ann brown c/- lynn & brown lawyers, [contact details redacted] their claims to them by the 09/02/2022, after which date the personal representatives may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
