Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 67 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, I hereby cancel Notice MA401 as published in the Government Gazette on 20 April 2021 and hereby limit the speed of all motorised vessels to eight (8) knots within the following area; the fascine carnarvon: All those waters of the fascine and its entrance bounded in the north by a line across the waterway from 24°53.852′s, 113°38.532′e (at pelican point) to 24°54.053′s, 113°38.757′e (at pickles point); and bounded in the south by the western side of the carnarvon boat harbour entrance channel (as defined by navigation markers) and a line from 24°54.641′s, 113°38.896′e (corresponding to nav marker 173); thence to 24°54.553′s, 113°38.514′e (corresponding to nav marker 172); thence to 24°54.493′s, 113°38.527′e (corresponding to nav marker 153); thence to the south-western end of the sandbar south of pelican point boat ramp. All coordinates based on gda94.
