Honourable rita saffioti mla, minister for planning, acting for and on behalf of the state of western australia— 1. is a current party to the development plan agreement made on 1 august 1986 (dpa); and 2. agrees to extend the period, referred to in the definition of ‘minimum period’ in clause 1(2) of the dpa, from 25 years to 45 years.
