It is hereby notified for public information that the legislative council has disallowed the following regulations made under the mining act 1978βthe mining amendment regulations (no. 3) 2017 published in the gazette on 24 november 2017 and tabled in the legislative council on 28 november 2017. Disallowance is effective on and from tuesday, 28 november 2017.
