It is hereby notified for public information that the legislative council has disallowed the following notice made under the biosecurity and agriculture management act 2007βthe biosecurity and agriculture management act 2007 notice under section 130(1) published in the gazette on 27 june 2017 and tabled in the legislative council on 16 august 2017. Disallowance is effective on and from thursday, 29 march 2018.
