Nathan Harrison, Director Aquatic Resource Management, as delegate of the CEO of the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, has decided to grant an application submitted by Cygnet Bay Consolidated Pty Ltd to issue a pearl oyster farm lease in respect of an area of water located at West Cary Patch. A person aggrieved by this decision may apply to the State Administrative Tribunal (SAT) for a review of the decision within 28 days of publication of this Notice.
