Nathan Harrison, Executive Director, Fisheries and Aquaculture, as delegate of the CEO of the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, Western Australia, has made the decision to grant an application submitted by Cygnet Bay Consolidated Pty Ltd to issue a pearl oyster farm lease in respect of an area of water located at Church Hill. A person aggrieved by this decision may apply to the State Administrative Tribunal (SAT) for a review of the decision within 28 days of publication of this Notice.
