Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 25 july 2024, are required by the personal representative, martin bartholomew danger, care of amr lawyers of po box 2218, margaret river wa 6285 to send particulars of their claims to him by the date one month from the publication date after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
