Creditors and others having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) concerning the estate of the deceased, who died 8/6/2021, are required by the personal representative, Simone Elizabeth Nagaiya, care of Amr Lawyers of po box 2218, Margaret River wa 6285, to send her particulars of their claims by the date one month from today after which she may convey or distribute the assets, only considering the claims of which she then has notice.
