Creditors and others having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) concerning the estate of the deceased, who died 8/6/2021, are required by the personal representative, Simone Elizabeth Nagaiya, care of Amr Lawyers of [contact details redacted] the date one month from today after which she may convey or distribute the assets, only considering the claims of which she then has notice.
